- What is/are the toughest problem/s that the speaker had to deal with and how did the speaker overcome it?
The speaker’s toughest problem was his daily routine. He had to wake up at 3 am, prepare for another work day, leave the house at 4:30 am, and then go back home after work and arrive at his house at 10:00 pm. He also wants his own firm and has to find his way on it. He learned how to deal with it and work even harder in order for him to get to where he is now as a CEO Engineer.
- What is/are the rewarding aspect/s of his job that you look forward to in the career you have in mind?
In every work that you do, whether it’s easy or not, always remember that your hard work will pay off. Getting labeled as professional and having the characteristics that would help me in the future is something that I look forward to. Also, I look forward to a job where I can sustain myself and my family’s needs.
- What strategy/ies have you learned from the speaker that will help you in creating the future?
Well, sitting comfortably in your house and doing nothing will get you nowhere. In order to have a successful life, you have to put in your blood, sweat, and tears and love what you are doing. Hard work will always play a big role in your life and this will help you shape your own future.
- What should you do to prepare yourself for your career in the future?
I will take my time to do every step, plan, and direct myself in the right direction. While doing all these, learning the real value of what I’m doing and what I want for myself will also help me prepare for my future career. I will also learn how to love and appreciate what I have right now which could help me prepare for my future.
